Race for Life Stevenage (5k) 2011 · 24 July 2011 ·

We‘re the world‘s leading cancer charity dedicated to saving and improving lives through research. We fund research into the prevention, detection and treatment of more than 200 types of cancer through the work of over 4,000 scientists, doctors and nurses.

Story

Conrad lost his mum on Wednesday 29th June 2011 just three weeks after being diagnosed with lung cancer.  We are all still in total shock, she was such a loving and caring mother, mother in law and Grandma.  Always positive and happy to hear what we were doing in our lives and her love was always unconditional.  We are all missing her terribly.  Millie has organised me and her auntie Heidi and cousin Kitty to do the race for life in memory of her lovely Grandma.
