Its that time of year again people where 'Team Carol' will be walking/running to help raise money for CR, preferably without a hangover this year.  Each and every one of us has been touched by cancer in one way or another.  Not a single minute of a day goes by where i dont think of my mum and wish she was with me, so this is my small contribution to raise money to help others.  Lets see if we can raise as much or even more than we did last year. So dig deep and give whatever you can, any donation no matter how big or how small helps. 

This year not only will 'Team Carol' be running in MEMORY of my beautiful mum but in CELEBRATION for Bev's mum, Rosemary who has just come out of hospital after a major operation.
