Hello! 

Well here we are again. Another year, another frankly terrifying challenge for Cancer Research - in memory of my lovely dad Reg. Having skipped a bit due to moving twice last year, I'm super unfit and need to start early!

Haven't done much running lately. Vague little jogs around the area, yes. 6.2 miles? Not so far. Also, proper runners do 10k, and I dont want to be last. 

Anyway, here I am again asking for your sponsorship money. I'm assured by the organisers that donating online is "quick, easy and totally secure" much like my running style.
