It's that time of year again when I dust down my running shoes and hit the road - usually face down - in training for the big race.  The picture is of me and Christine after we completed the 10k race at Blenheim last year.  You see, I'm mad enough to keep doing this!  So please make my madness worthwhile and send in your hard earned cash.
