Rhedeg yn Marathon Llundain 2011 AGE UK/CYMRU

Just can't belive that I'm entering the London Marathon again in 2011, initially I did it this year as I had allways wanted to take part in this fantastic event. When I came home and thought well I've achived that and felt very proud of myself I was thinking what could I challenge myself to next year when my son Aron who has just turned 18 asked If he could run the London marathon with me in 2011, I said yes if we could get a place not expecting too and low and behold we've both got a place!!! now the hard work starts all over again.

 Methu a choelio fy mod am redeg unwaith eto yn marthon Llundain, wedi llwyddo cael lle i redeg gyda fy mab Aron sy'n 18oed. Mae "O" o dan yr argraff bod y peth yn mynd i fod yn hawdd ond gawn ni weld!!!
