I have signed up to to the Battle of Lansdown  with a team of my lovely work colleagues to help to raise money for the Neurosciences Ward at Bristol Children's Hospital.

 Ward 38 takes care of children that need specialist neurological treatment for various conditions including life - threatening head injuries, newly diagnosed brain/spinal tumors and neurological diseases. 

The ward has been allocated a room to call the "Quiet Room" as children and families need a space to recive bad news or have difficult conversations away from the busy ward environment. We want to help change this room into a space that looks comforting and peaceful.

I have never done any exercise before EVER but am trying my best to work towards a goal of completing this thing (and getting caked in mud and sludge in the process) so by giving a little to anyone in our team (Go BRAINTREATERS) it would be amazing!
