Hi Guys,

In the last 2 years I have lost a number of friends and family to cancer.  Just after Christmas a lovely young man passed away and Kath Embling and I decided we wanted to do something to raise money in his name.  We have both done a number of runs and decided to do somethinga bit different.  So Kath, Danny Williams and myself are all going to jump out of a perfectly good plane (I say jump, in my case it will probably be more like a good hard shove, heights are just a bit of a weakness for me!!!!!)  Then shortly after (I mean within a few weeks and not hours) we will then participate in a 10k run.  I think my legs may be a touch jelly like afterwards so the original idea of running straight afterwards, may not be a great option!

So, if anyone would like to sponsor me, please do.  No amount is too small, to give to a charity that does such great work.  If you want to come and watch, it's at Swansea air field 28/04/13, just stay away from my parachute!!!
