As you all know on the 3rd December 2017, my beautiful little girl, Hannah, was born prematurely at 26 weeks and 3 days weighing only 1lb 9ozs. For the first 12 hours of Hannah’s life the medical team and staff at SCBU kept my little girl alive with their expertise, knowledge, love and care, ensuring she had a fighting chance of survival.

Hannah spent 8 weeks in Singleton and once she was strong and well enough, we were transferred back to SCBU, Glangwilli, to continue with Hannah’s care. We spent another 8 weeks here and when Hannah was well enough we were finally able to leave hospital on the 26th March 2018 (her actual due date was 8th March 2018!!)

 I will be forever in debt to the Doctors and Nurses in SCBU and therefore we will be joining others to climb Snowdon, (Hike to the peak for tiny feet) in September  to raise some much needed funds for the unit and to say a MASSIVE thank you for caring for my beautiful little Hannah. 

So please could you sponsor us, however small, as all the money raised will be very much appreciated.
