Story

I would like to raise much needed funds and awareness for a great charity set up to help those affected by Cleft Lip and Palate. Having worked for the South West Cleft Team for over 14 years, I am very aware of the wonderful work they do and particularly how much they support the families from diagnosis into adulthood.

With unfortunate delays in all forms of cleft care due to the pandemic, their support is more critical than ever. My late Aunty Teresa worked tirelessly for CLAPA from the 1970’s, supporting new parents and giving much needed feeding support. She would be so upset to hear that they face a very uncertain future. I’m doing this as she would have done something if she could.

CLAPA are the  UK's only national cleft support charity urgently needs your help. Our income has fallen catastrophically after the pandemic, leaving the future of our services in serious danger. Please, give what you can to help us be there for families like yours for years to come.

I am grateful for any support you are able to give and all funds go directly to the charity.
