I have set myself the challenge of getting back into running & completing the Bath half in aid of the Avon Wildlife Trust (AWT). I would really love your support any donations, however small they are - they all help!!!

The AWT, which forms part of a wider network of 46 wildlife Trusts across the UK, is a fantastic local charity, who care for 30 nature reserves across Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset. These include nationally important wetlands which are a sanctuary for rare, wading birds, as well as beautiful ancient bluebell woodlands, wildflower meadows, and iron age forts. 

AWT also run several educational and community programmes across the region that help people of all ages and backgrounds connect with and benefit from the natural world around them. 

I want to run the Bath Half for AWT because, as you probably know, I have always loved wildlife and, now more than ever, know how important wild spaces are for our well-being.
