Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

I aim to walk 15 miles in the South of SKYE on SUNDAY 5 AUGUST  2018.  I shall be accompanied for at least part of the way by my friend Mary Macdonald and possibly by some others.    I  plan to walk round in a loop passing through the village of TARSKAVAIG.  It's a scenic route - beautiful views of the Cullins.  It's also a twisty, hilly single-track road.

I feel motivated to do this because MND Scotland is a most worthy cause.  It provides CARE, INFORMATION and RESEARCH-FUNDING for all people affected by MND living in Scotland. I'm sure many of you know or have known family and/or  friends affected by this illness.  Personally, a friend of mine here on Skye, Kathryn Cameron has recently been diagnosed with MND.

I'd be so grateful for your support towards this walk.  All donations, big or small, whatever is appropriate, gratefully appreciated.  Many thanks.  Mòran taing.
