On May 7th 2010 I was diagnosed with Leukemia and went through 3.5 years of treatment at the Children's Hospital of Wales. LATCH is an amazing charity who helped me and continues to help other children who are being treated for cancer.

After my Mum and Cardiff swimming nominated me to run 5k I decided to use my once a day exercising time to run every day to reach 100k before my 10 year anniversary.
