As we are unable to shower our precious daughter with cards and gifts for her birthday, Dave and I would be very grateful if you would consider making a donation to our chosen charity as a gesture to mark Jazzy's 16th birthday which is on the 2nd October.

Our charity is James Hopkins Trust, Gloucestershire who provided nursing respite care for Jazzy from the age of 4.  Their support and care was invaluable to us, and we will be eternally grateful to Vance and Heather Hopkins and their amazing team.
