As many of you may know, I work at a local school that supports the needs of children and young adults with special educational needs. 

Recently, we have been fundraising for a new playground, suitable for and accesible to our students. 

Myself and Kerry have decided to put our bodies to the test and take part in the Lactic Rush in order to raise the funds for the playground that our students desperately need. 

For anybody who doesn't know about the lactic rush; it's 7 miles of HELL! (If I'm honest, the only thing that's gonna get me through it is the wine after!).

Please, please, PLEASE dig deep in your pockets to help my cause.
