A lot of people don’t know, but I have struggled with my mental health for as long as I can remember, with it getting worse recently I reached out for help.

Mind have been great for me personally and for plenty of other people who needed help too!

So I have decided to raise some money, and give myself a challenge in doing so!

I will be running a half marathon, the great Birmingham run on May 1st 2022, along with my good friend Adam, as some of you may be aware, I am not the fittest person around, so I will be posting my progress as I train for this run! Initially I was training for October last year but covid pushed it back and now I’m not going to lie, I’m pretty out of shape but have 2 weeks left to get as fit as I can to try and finish in a decent time!

Also if you could all comment how long you think it will take me to finish the race, could make it fun to see who was closest lol
