Well...here we are again. Four years after I last fought, I've put my hand up for ‘Round 2'. 

April 9th, at Oval Space, East London, I’ll be taking part in a boxing match in order to raise money for Prisoners of Conscience. POC is an appeal fund that provides urgent assistance for people persecuted for non-violent protests. After seeing some Russian citizens, taking their lives into their hands with non-violent protest, I felt obligated to try and help in some small way.  

There are very real fights going on in the world. This white collar fight is a small, token contribution to show solidarity with people experiencing hardship and suffering at this time. 

Win, lose or draw this is my final time in the ring, so please give generously. And wish me luck.
