Cambridge Half Marathon 2022 · 6 March 2022 ·
We are running the Cambridge half marathon, it’s my first half marathon and the first time I’ve ever taken on a physical challenge of this kind. My husband, Rich, ran the Cambridge Half last year and raised an amazing amount of money for Romsey Mill thanks to everyone’s generous donations. Any donations no matter how big or small will help the work of Romsey Mill endlessly.
Rich has been a part of Romsey Mill for 9 years. 3 years as a volunteer and 6 as a full time staff member. It has always been close to his heart growing up and now, as part of the team here we are able to help support thousands of children, young people and families across Cambridgeshire facing a range of different issues.
I also volunteered at Romsey Mill, setting up a youth group for teenage girls and I spent a lot of time making crafts in the first lockdown with our eldest daughter and selling them to help raise money for Romsey Mill. I wanted to do something more challenging this year to help raise a more significant amount of money and I hope you can help by sponsoring us
