The Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County (CP Nassau) has continuously been a stable supporter of children and adults with disabilities and their families for over 70 years. My family knows firsthand the great services this organization continues to provide the families who need it most. CP Nassau still continues to need your support during this unprecedented time.
