This year will be my third RFPL.

Many of you will of sponsored me before, and I really appreciate you doing so again. 

RFPL  is a great event, we will be cycling 205 miles from Bristol down to St Austell. To help raise much needed funds for a very worthy charity.  They rely solely on fundraising, to keep the hospices open. It has been well documented that the events of the last year, have been extremely tough on charities. They need events like this to raise cash, so that they can continue their amazing work with the kids and their families.

Please dig deep and feel good that, you've help me raise some cash, whilst I punish myself, pushing my lardy ass up all those bloody hills.
