Hi everyone,

The time is nearing for this year's Great North Run which I am attempting to take part in and raise as much money as possible in this challenging event for an amazing charity.  I have gained so much respect for this charity and admire the fantastic and caring work that they offer to all the patients-as well as supporting their families in times of their greatest need. They cared for my Dad in his final weeks and supported myself and especially my Mum to deal with loosing him. I know times are hard, and any money will be gratefully recieved for this amazing cause.
