Hi everyone. As many of you know, I will be flying out to Nepal in the Himalayas in the next few days. I am doing a trek of a life time to Everest base camp. I will be treking to 17,600ft. The foot of the worlds greatest mountain, Mount Everest. During my 15 day trek I want to support Bradford charity One In A Million who give opportunities of a lifetime to disadvantaged children and young people in Bradford and Keighley.

One In A Million is a Bradford based charity, providing sports, arts, education and enterprise programmes to children & young people mainly from disadvantaged backgrounds. Helping them
break through barriers of deprivation and inequality in order to achieve their full potential, many of whom live in the top 1% most deprived
areas of the UK.  This year i want to raise funds to support their new projects in the local community.

Latest Child poverty figures show that over 33,000 children in the Bradford metropolitan district live below the poverty line.  One in a
Million is committed to improving the lives of these children & young
people, many of whom are from some of the most deprived areas in the UK.
