Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am sure we can all agree that at some point in our lives we have been devasted by the news that a loved one as been diagnosed with cancer.

I am raising money and awareness to enable the continued help and support those affected by cancer receive the best possible care and without giving something back and the funds in place then these fundamental services would cease to exist.

In Novemeber 2013 my late mother lost her fight to cancer after being diagnosed terminally ill, the support she received whilst being at home from macmillan was secong to none, without these much needed monies then how can they continue to provide the exceptional services they deliever day in and day out, all from charitable donations.

I have had to choose a challenge to make sure that we can raise awareness and money for this incredible charity and to do this my challenge will be split into two stages, firstly to walk backwards on a treadmill for 1664 Km's and secondly to do this for real from John O' Groats to Lands End.

Please help and support me in my challenge.
