Last year, my brother in law, Kristian Cockayne, died after a long battle against a rare form of cancer; leaving three beautiful children and a wonderful wife.

I missed a charity event last year, so this year I'd like to raise some money and awareness for Macmillan Cancer Support. Unfortunately I've had to change the event. Instead of a 100km cycle around London the event will be a 120km Thames trek from Wallingford to Teddington

The trek starts on Friday the 22nd of November with the aim to finish on Sunday the 24th!
