Im taking the leap of faith from the top of the Imperial War Museum Tower then sliding 250 metres through the air high above Salford quays before landing safely at the Lowry centre. 

For those who know him I'm doing it with Andy Rothwell from Butterfield Signs however rather than the vertigo challange he thinks he's entered a vertically challanged fund raising event!

Ronald McDonald House Charities is building a 60 bedroom House which will enable up to 60 families to stay each night, 365 days a year. RMHC provides free "home away from home" accommodation for families of seriously ill children. The Manchester House will be the fifteenth Ronald McDonald House in the UK and all funds raised from this event will go towards furnishing and equipping the interior as well as securing vital running costs of the facility,
