Run to the Sun - Remembering Harvey · 2 July 2016

KEEPTHEBEAT is a charity established to provide hope and support to the families affected by congenital heart defects. The Charity will have a particular interest in Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, but over time we hope to develop and cover all CHD's.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I, and 26 others, are engaging in the "Run to the Sun, remembering Harvey" cycle event on Saturday 2nd July 2016, in aid of the childrens "Keep the Beat" charity. This is a 24 hour, 300 miles, road cycle from Hinckley, Leicestershire to Newquay in Cornwall.

Keep the Beat is a charity set up to aid children with poorly hearts, providing much needed funds to specialist children heart centres in the UK to help combat these life-threatening conditions.

I am doing this in memory of Harvey (a school buddy of my son Joseph) and also Kevin, my brother, who died from a poorly heart many years ago.
