On Friday 7th February at 12:00, Dominic Plumb and I are attempting to complete a 24 hour circuit session whilst trying to raise money for the Australian Bushfires to everyone & everything affected.

This circuit will consist of:

Cycling 120 miles, doing 2568 press ups, thrusters & rows with a 20kg bag & completing 120 x 3 minute round of boxing on the punch bag.

This is our most outrageous and difficult challenge yet so please help us and donate what you can! Thank you.
