Why am I doing this?  First The Message Trust is a great charity that has helped impacted lives across the world.  They work in deprived communities and schools, they help rehabilitate ex-offenders and turn the 'problem' into the 'solution'.  Their newest venture provides affordable groceries to the underprivileged.  All in the name of God.

I am also swimming for myself and on behalf of everyone that has depression.  Since I began swimming in Open Water on 17th Feb 2021 I have found my depression getting better almost instantly.

I am going to also, try and do the swim without a wetsuit, which is an option.  Time will tell.
