I am looking forward very much to taking part in the West Highland Way 96 mile walk.Last preparations are now being done and I have embarked upon a fitness plan to prepare me for the walk.

  I am very lucky to live very close to the South Downs so that I can go for a run from my house in the evening after work.

  I am honoured to have been chosen to take part in the RCN Centenary Walk and specially to support and raise funds for the RCN Foundation.
