This is for Sam...Sam is a funny, loving, and most importantly brave young chap

He was born prematurely at 28 weeks and was critically ill fighting listeria, sepsis, meningitis and other conditions. Remarkably ,against the odds he survived all this and has battled on  but has unfortunately, suffered brain damage. 

This has left him with Spastic Hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy.

With your support we can raise enough money to allow Sam to go to America  and undergo Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR) surgery.

SDR will be life-changing for Sam and give him the opportunity to live without the struggles he has contended with so far.
