Rather than receiving any gifts for my 75th birthday which is this year I'd prefer funds going to CHSS - also in memory of my father who died of a stroke in 1995 and a dear friend who died earlier this year after having a stroke and other medical issues in 2021.  Other friends and family have also suffered from heart attacks - some at a young age.
