If you dont already know then you will do now. I along with a bunch of other great folk, mostly middle aged blokes looking really dodgy in lycra will be riding from London to Paris over three days in July.

It's for Macmillan which is just a great cause and its one thats close to my heart as I'm sure it is with lots of people.
