After having lost my best friend too early because of mental health issues and then suffering myself not knowing what was happening or who to talk to and now particularly after lockdowns and the cost of living crisis, there is help and support for everyone and anyone that needs it. I will be undertaking the 7 summit challenge, climbing the highest mountain on each of the 7 continents over the next 5 years in my friend Peter's name and to support the charity MIND who do such amazing work and save people like me and many others every day!
