2 years ago I met the Johnson's, who are a lovely family, devastated by the news that their son Jack has been diagnosed with the as yet incurable Duchene's Muscular Dystrophy. This is likely to leave him wheelchair bound before his teens and end his life very prematurely. Joining Jack was created by the family to raise awareness and raise funds to fight this horrible condition. As Jack loses the ability to use his muscles, I am determined to use mine to the best of my ability to raise funds to support them and all the DMD boys. Please support me with anything you can spare, I can guarantee every penny raised goes to fight DMD.
On the 6th June, I will be walking 25 miles, over the three peaks of Yorkshire, aiming to complete in 12 hours or less.
On the 28th June, I will be cycling 52 miles across Manchester with a target time of 2 and a half hours.
On the 1st August, I will be attempting Tough Mudder, a 12 mile extreme run, with extreme physical obstacles and challenges on route.
