On April 13th I will be taking part in a charity boxing match. This will be my first time in the ring and I am working hard to try and put up a good fight!

The event will be raising money for Noah's Ark Children's Hospice and I will be raising money for IHEART - a charity dedicated to increasing mental health, well-being and resilience in the UK. The IHEART Schools Programme is a response to the mental health crisis facing our youth. Their vision is to catalyse a step-change in how young people perceive their well-being and mental health, creating resilient adults and contributing members of society.

For many of us – and many of our children, our schools and
our institutions – it seems as if a crucial piece of the puzzle is missing. IHEART have a solution that works. The IHEART programme offers the missing piece in the mental health, resilience and well-being puzzle that society wishes to solve.
