What

Having completed the 2278 Mile Route 66 "Virtual" challenge, I've now decided to run the 870 miles around my Birth Country - Wales. 

When 

I plan to start on 1 Jan 24 and end on 31 Dec 24.

Why

I'm hoping to top up the £3500 I've already raised for The Epilepsy Society. 

Epilepsy affects around 600,000 in the UK and 40 million worldwide and although most learn to live with the condition, for many, it can affect the basics that we all take for granted such as driving. Despite advances in modern medicine, like may other Neurological and Brain Disorders, so much is yet to be discovered.

How
