I'm raising here for Medecins sans frontieres after it was picked as the winning charity in our facebook poll. Click on their info to find out more, but it's a charity I think anyone can feel they can get behind, regardless of their beliefs.

I hope to get a time around 4 hours, but since I haven't run a marathon before, anything between 4 and 5 hours will be a win for me. The main thing is to beat the other two fit bastards running with me, Mike and Stef, and definitely not to lose to my sister who'll be running with us.
