In 2021 I was diagnosed with cancer. I spent a long time in Leeds St James Hospital having surgery, chemo and radiotherapy. During that time I met and talked to young people who were following a similar path to mine. I was inspired by their strength and perseverance, and decided I wanted to do this small thing to make a difference.
