I am participating in the annual charity run to raise funds for CNYtrust. This is the fifth time that I went for the event, but the first time I tried to set up a fundraising page. This would be the start point towards my goal to run a half marathon next September.

Personally, being given a scholarship for undergraduate study in the UK was a life-changing event to me four years ago. And that's part of the reason why I feel emotionally connected to the cause of the charity, which holds events to support education back in China, to improve the awareness and understanding of the chance of being given a proper education despite of where one comes from, as long as one holds a sincere desire to strive for knowledge and development.

All the donation will be directly made to the Education Trust and all the money spent on education-aiding purpose will be fully presented in detail in the annual report and transparent account to be published soon.
