Story
There comes a time in everybody's life when they decide they have to do the Great North Run. This year, it is my turn. I am raising sponsorship for Macmillan Cancer Support in memory of my Dad, Eric Frost, who was taken by Cancer in 1995 and was helped by Macmillan, amongst many others.
My challenge is both in completing the distance and also overcoming my morbid fear of crowds, by joining nearly 60,000 people taking part and many more supporters. I am dreading the crowds way more than the run if I am honest.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Fundraising is hugely important to Macmillan. Without people doing events, running marathons, climbing mountains, and donating in all the other ways that you can, Macmillan wouldn’t exist.Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
