On Saturday 1st October 2022, Richard Grant, and as many supporters as possible will be running a 1.8 mile loop around the village of Gayton, Norfolk from Sunrise to Sunset! As a mental challenge Richard's goal is to run 52 laps (to mirror a birthday he may have had this year..) over the 16 hours of sunlight. He wants to welcome anyone and everyone to run, jog, walk the dog, or cycle, along with him. The event will be based at The Crown Inn, Gayton as a support hub and is where the laps will start. Richard is also running in memory of his dear friend Patrick Joice 'The Naked Farmer' who raised £53,000 for YANA with a charity cricket match to spread awareness of mental health.
