We are a group of Midwives family and friends who every year take on a fundraising hiking challenge! This year we are hiking 47km (more than we have ever hiked before!) of the South West Coast 2 Coast Ultra Challenge on 26th July to raise money for Solent MIND. We all understand the importance of supporting mental health whether from personal experience or those of others.
