Story
This weekend I am taking part in Bournemouth Bay Run, aiming to run sub 40 minutes over 10k in a race for the first time since prior to COVID. In doing so I'll be supporting and raising funds for the RNLI.
RNLI lifeboats in Poole and Mudeford protect communities along the race course through a 24-hour search and rescue service. They rely on the safest, most reliable lifeboats and modern stations to launch from. RNLI lifeguards protect everyone during busy peak spring and summer seasons, helping everyone to enjoy the beautiful local coastline safely. But the water remains an unpredictable environment that can catch people out. People will always need the help of the RNLI and they will always be there to answer that call. That's why I am taking part, to help RNLI to keep launching and save every one they can.
Thank you for your support.
