On 25th September I will be taking part in my company's annual fund raising event. This year’s charity has been chosen by a colleague and friend Alastair France.

PIPS www.pipscharity.com is focused on helping people across Belfast and beyond with mental health issues. We feel especially close to this charity as Ali and his family were deeply affected by the untimely death through suicide of Danny, their youngest child. 

My chosen event will be a 100K cycle.
