Richard Norths Walk the Wight 26.5 miles

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Earl Mountbatten Hospice gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
For those that are not aware I lost my Mum to Cancer 3 weeks ago, she spent the last few days of her life at the Earl Moutbatten Hospice, where they made those last few days and hours very peaceful and dignified for her. They also looked after my Dad and I for 3 days and 2 nights so we could be with her in her last few hours.
The Earl Moutbatten Hospice is a government funded Charity and requires £7000 a day to keep running and caring for terminally ill patients and there families.
Last Sunday I took part in Walk the Wight, a 26.5 mile charity walk from one side of the Isle of Wight to the other. For those that have seen me in the last week you would be aware that I suffered a heal injury from running last Sunday and I was doubtful whether or not I would be able to participate in the walk, therefore I wanted to complete the walk before asking for sponsorship.
Any donation would be gratefully received.
Thank you for your support.
Richard (Ollie) North.
