Hard to believe I am 50 this year.  So, after stating on many occasions "you need to be mad to run a marathon!", I was 'lucky' enough to get allocated one of the Woodbridge Shufflers running club places on this year's 26.2 mile jolly jaunt around London. You'll be pleased to know my training is on target and I have just completed another 20 mile run in under 2 hours 50 minutes, so hoping to beat my 'target' of 4 hours in the real thing.

I have decided to raise some funds for the Friends of Woodbridge Primary School (FOWPS) who work tirelessly all year organising lots of events to raise money for the school to provide the children with much needed equipment and support. 

So please donate as much as you are able, whether that's 26p, £2.60, £26, £260 ... you get the sentiment!
