Three Peaks ans 100 Miles! · 19 June 2019

We want at least 100 people to fundraise within 100 days and each raise a minimum £100 to help get more men in more circles of support - for wellbeing, for mental health, for the good of men and for the good of our families, friends and communities!

Story

This year I'm doing a big bit of fundraising for the charity I volunteer for - The ManKind Project UK and Ireland - Globally MKP has helped thousands of men find the support they need in life. For many it's been a life saver.

The training, groups and support network that we offer in the UK and Ireland has been a hugely beneficial and sometimes crucial safety net for men to manage their mental wellbeing - but it costs money to run courses and groups.

I want to raise funds so that we can offer more free and subsidised places in our circles of support and on our flagship intensive course - the New Warrior Training Adventure.

I'm personally setting myself a challenge to walk 100 miles solo between 13th July and 10th August this year, and taking in the three highest peaks in the UK - Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis. I've set myself a huge target of £1000 (which I'm scared even looking at!) and I hope you'll support me a little way towards that.

I'll be keeping you up to date with a few photos along the way and do expect a bit of 100 Challenge related stuff from me over the next couple of months.
