We are running for GroceryAid as part of our Müller Miles challenge.

Already a keen recreational runner, usually averaging around 20 miles a week, I wanted to get involved with the challenge to support my colleagues and also raise money for a worthy cause.

Anybody is welcome to join me on Saturday mornings during June at Stonehouse (or possibly Stratford Park) Parkrun.
