Story
So after an amazing first half marathon experience last year at the Royal Parks, and despite being absolutely knackered as a result of it, I'm doing it again this year! Running for St John Ambulance this time - having benefited personally from their first aid courses that I've been on regularly for the past 20 years, and seen the brilliant work they do, it was a no-brainer.
Soooo bring on the early start runs, the late evening runs, the lunchtime runs and speedy showers before my next meeting, the gels, the "OMG my calves hurt" and everything else, and here we go!
