Story

You are immediately showing your support by generously giving to this charitable endeavour.

What is Jami

Jami
provides practical and emotional support for the mental health needs of the Jewish community – delivering services that enable independence and build resilience through:

- Community Hubs and Outreach
- Education and Training
- Bespoke recovery support plans

98% of JAMI's funding comes directly from the generous support of the community.

From Slavery to Freedom

Pesach is a time when The Nation of Israel were redeemed from the Land of Egypt. Beyond the geographical location, Egypt can also represent the self imposed limitations and psychological constraints we we may possess ourselves.

By leaving Egypt we leave these limitations, and free ourselves of these constraints. On Pesach, we embark on a journey of personal growth and dream of a greater future for ourselves and the wider community.

Jami and Pesach

Jami's work in mental health support and Pesach as a festival representing personal freedom is perfectly coupled.

For the first time, I will be cycling an international route. I will challenge my self imposed limitations and constraints in order to expand my horizons and achieve a dream of mine.

Thank you for contributing to this very special cause,

Richard
