A few years ago I suffered 2 strokes,I had to start everything again, learning to eat, to talk , and ,to walk after 3months in hospital.? I was discharged.with the help of Physio and occupational therapists I learnt to walk I currently can walk short distances, unfortunately  I walk with a soft knee I am going to try this challenge by walking every step correctly
